I have a start up company at Hyderabad and i have hired a candidate, can anyone guide me as to the documentation that i have to do with the employee like agreements, offer letter.etc and also help me with the formats of all such documentation. Further i also need guidance on the HR policies that have to be drafted for a new startup company.
Kindly share the formats of the documentation and also the HR policies i need to have

You can ask him to sign
1. Non Disclosure & Non Solicitation Agreement
2. Appointment Letter
3. Employee Data Form
4. Asset Handover Agreement and Form (for laptop etc..)
5. Get all his educational Documents copies
6. Get his ID, Address Proof
7. Get his passport size photo
8. Define Leave, Rewards, Appraisal, Resignation, Termination, Promotions, Working hours, Holidays.
I think this should be sufficient to start with.
