ESIC - There is no "status" mentioning got promoted or exceeding the limit


I have one employee who recently got promoted and now his salary is above par esic. How can I remove his entry. There is no "status" mentioning got promoted or exceeding the limit. Please help...

His contribution will have to be continued till the end of relevant contribution period. Then opt out.

Hi,
If any employee salary have crossed above ESI limit , we have to make contribution till the contribution period end(April-September, October- March). When new contribution month start while returns we have to show that employee "Out Of Coverage".
