Procedure for disciplinary action , domestic inquiry and dismissal also would have been incorporated in standing orders. The procedure in detail ( following the Principle of Natural Justice) can not be explained in short form. Check up the discussion in Cite hr it self or get a latest book on the subject or take advice from an Advocate who is practicing in labor law.
