My company is not giving me much work. And they are Laying Off Employees without any reason. Also, it's a fake company. So, I want to leave this job ASAP. I've submitted my Resignation but they've not yet accepted it. But in the joining letter notice period is 3 months, is there any legal way in which I can leave without serving the notice period?

Since there is mentioned in the post that the appointment letter contains three month's notice period, he has to serve the notice period before getting relieved. If there is buy out option, he can pay 3 months salary to get immediate relief subject to the employer's acceptance. Since the employer keeps mum on his resignation, it is better for the poster to indicate his willingness for buy out for the sake of immediate acceptance of his resignation already submitted and early relief.
