Email Notification Format To Notify Employees About Change In Notice Period From 30 Days to 60 Days
From India, Chennai
Hi,
Notice period is some thing a crucial clause in the Appointment Order. So when there is a change in Appointment Order clause it has to be communicated to employee wise in a separate letter and not a general email communication.
Secondly if you work for a Factory or Industry with Unions such amendments should be discussed with them first. If your company is a corporate then you can follow the individual letter concept.
