Hi I am working in a concern for more than 1.5 years. Now I am pregnant and my due date is on Oct 16 2019. Now I heard from HR that they will pay my Maternity benefits for the 6 months only after my ML completion and joining the concern, that too in instalment. Do they have rights to hold my salary in this period though they have this point in HR Policy document?
