Dear Ashu & Suaina!Please read about O.D. and Basic on Training and Dev., and its researchers as well,also read about PF, ESI, WORKMAN COMP.ACT, BONUS,MATERNITY ACT, I.D. ACT and also New Amandments in the acts, eg. Medical Bonus in Maternity is 1000/-. No PF benefits on Leave Enchashment, etc.Good Luck
