Hi All,
Need suggestions on how to compute ROI per Employee across the company (Not division specific)
This is not to compute ROI on training or engagement etc but ROI per person against Revenue vs Cost.
Heads considered under cost would be Recruitment cost, Salary, office Rent, Hardware and Software cost, etc.
We can get the overall ROI but dividing total revenue to total cost but how do we calculate ROI for each individual.
The idea is that an employee should contribute twice the individual cost and that needs to be linked with rewards.
Eg. If cost of the Employee is INR 100,000 his Contribution to revenue must be INR 200,000.
Need inputs how do we quantify contribution of an individual employee in INR for Support / operations teams.

Dear Brian D'souza,
Earlier there was a query on Human Capital Return on Investment (HCROI). I had given extensive reply for this post. Click the following link to refer it. Scroll till the last to read my second post also.
