Dear Team,
I need some help to understand what cases can be filed against TCS and Data Core Technology for illegal practices. Both the organisations has held my salary for few weeks and asked me to leave. Managers there are stern and kept working against me instead of being supportive throughout my work. Now the cheapest they are holding my salary because they think me just as a person than I representing a workforce.
Kindly help with few good local lawyer references ( Chennai) as well if possible as I feel I shall take action to make them law of their land.
