While trying to make a PF claim online, we have been getting the OTP in UIDAI (Aadhar) but when we submit the same, some error occurs.
The error states *"OTP verified but the data available against the UAN in system is not matching with the data available with UIDAI (Aadhar)"*
so we see UAN member portal Aadhar verified by UIDAI.
How do we resolve this problem?

aadhar data may have been modified after linking with UAN check at the employee end

may be the employee modifie the Aadhar date we go to UAN member portal and click the basic modification the modification option will be open but this employee aadhar is already verified

if employee has modified Aadhar data, nobody can be help position for an Aadhar verified UAN,
now the employee has to visit the EPF and convince the officials of the circumstances under which he/ she was compelled to modify their Aadhar data.
