Dear Seniors,
It is to inform that our employee working as Asst.Manager-Accounts has changed the Employer password in EPFO website and also not informed about the changes to the management or hr dept. and now this person has resigned and switched off his phone we couldn't trace him. When hr dept. went to his residence the neighbors informed he has vacated the house and then their questioned other accounts dept people their said management seriously warned him for misbehaving with co-workers and may be because of this he has done such a illegal activity. As we have to make KYC updations and enter date of leaving of ex-employees for online claims and due to change of password we are unable to open the epfo website.
This person was taking care of statutory benefits of company and so his mobile no is registered with PF site and its not possible for us to try for forgot password as OTP will be sent to his mobile no. for resetting password. Please suggest a way to reset the password and gain access on company epfo site.

You have to prepare a formal letter addressed to your RPFC, duly signed by your owner/ authorised signatory explaining the position and requeste them to create a new User ID & PW, Contact Mob.No., email ID etc. They'll verify and make arrangements. Nothing to worry.
