Hello sir, I'm Abhishek Jaiswal and I got hired in the helmet factory for ABS machine operator. I signed a bond agreement with a company in which it is mentioned that I have to work in a factory for two years after training. They gave me seven months of training in China in three trips. After that, I have to work in a new factory located at kudus. But due to some government land issues, the construction work has not yet started .it's been more than one year, including the training period.

Now I waited for my work for more than five months as order by the company. Now they giving me work for servicing of machine which kept in a warehouse but I didn't get training of servicing of machine. My department is production. But they giving me service work. And it seems that it will take another one year to start the factory and production. Now, what should I do? If I remain waiting then it affect my future career and if I resign then I have to pay 2.5 lack as mentioned in the contract.
