Hello sir,
My problem is that My previous company has terminated my employment in mid of dec 2018 without giving any oral and written warning.
Firstly they are delaying my November 2018 salary. After asking about salary again, after whole day of working and at the time of leaving they told me your salary will be credited after 30 days and this is your last day of working here without giving any reason.
My one and half month is pending and they are not responding to my mails and my phone calls.
I am working in this company from July 2018 and company is deducted my TDS from that month. I also came to know that company hasn't paid any TDS to respective department.
Company has also made me sign a agreement to give two months notice period in September 2018.
Now I want to claim for two months extra salaries on immediate termination of my employment without following any rules of company.
Kindly help me getting my amount from company as I have mailed them many times but they are not responding.
Money Involved 3.5 Lac plus the TDS they cut from my salary but hasn't pay till now.
Duration of services in company : 6 months.

Dear Ajay,
For the outstanding salary dues, you can file a complaint against your employer in the labour office of your area. For the TDS deduction, you can file a complaint in the IT Department.
