The Mandated Annual Report for the Calendaer Year 2018 Needs to be "Prepared" by Every Internal Committee, in India and needs to be "Filed" under Section-21 of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act 2013 in the Format prescribed under the Rule - 14 of the Central Rules framed under the said Act 2013 and Gazaetted on 9th Dec 2013; and
Filed before the District Officer so designated under Section-7 of the said Act 2013, undr theSignature of the PresidingOfficer of Each Internal Committee, for and on behalf of the Internal Committee; and
One Copy of her Report to be "forwarded" to her/the Employer for further action under Section-22 of th said Act 2013; and since no mention has been made regarding Last Date of Filing, We, Kritarth Team has advised the Employer ans well as the Internal Committee/Presiding Officer to File the Annual Report, by or before within 31 January of the following/ensuing Calendar Year. ie. by 31 Jan 2019 for the Calendar Year 2018.
The said Act 2013 does not mention anywhere that the Annual Report of the Internal Committee need to be Filed before the Inspectorate of Labour.

21. Committee to submit annual report.— (1) The Internal Committee or the Local Committee, as the case may be, shall in each calendar year prepare, in such form and at such time as may be prescribed, an annual report and submit the same to the employer and the District Officer.
(2) The District Officer shall forward a brief report on the annual reports received under sub-section (1) to the State Government.
22. Employer to include information in annual report.—The employer shall include in its report the number of cases filed, if any, and their disposal under this Act in the annual report of his organisation or where no such report is required to be prepared, intimate such number of cases, if any, to the District Officer.
23. Appropriate Government to monitor implementation and maintain data.—The appropriate Government shall monitor the implementation of this Act and maintain date on the number of cases filed and disposed of in respect of all cases of sexual harassment at workplace.

Properly and Faithfully Fulfilled "Duties of Employer" as Listed /Prescribed under Section-19 of the said Act 2013 because the Format prescribed under the Rule - 14 of the Central Rules framed under the said Act 2013 and Gazaetted on 9th Dec 2013,
Must Contain Accurate Data & Details under the prescribed 05 Headings which shall also have to be incorporated in the Annual Report to be Filed before the ROC under theCompanies Act.
