Hello friend,
You should take help from the links shown on the right side of your screen.
You should form a team consisting of one tech.expert or HoD who is going to engage him for his departments' work, one HR/admin expert and one Finance Manager. There should be formats for recording the score for every expert when they interview the students in a campus.
The HR/admin expert should first verify the bio-data and originals of certificates of every candidate and tick in appropriate boxes in the format. If every boxes are ticked short list them based on the academic excellence and schedule them for tech.interview. Short list them again based on performance in tech.interview and finally prepare a list of 1:3 or 4 or 5 as you might decide for group discussion, presentation and then on to finalisation of remuneration. Based on this you may prepare a panel of candidates on ranking based listing to select and offer the postings.
Reg.introductory speech- you should prepare a written text if you cannot manage extempore, making sure grammatically correct and give a proper introduction of your firm. This text also should contain what type of candidates you are looking for, highlighting specialised skills & knowledge required, service conditions, pay packet size etc. And should elaborate the methodology to be adopted in the selection process. You should be prepared to make suitable arrangements in consultation with the edu.institutions you are going to approach for this purpose and finalise venue, modalities etc..
