Employee Opted for LTA for 1st time, so can he take the claim 1st Year?


If any Employee Opted for LTA for 1st time, so can he take the claim 1st Year. e.g. If he opt for LTA from Apr'18. and want to claim in Nov'18.
or 1st claim should be after Mar'19. Please advise. Is he submitt the claim bill of Nov'18 in his Claim.

LTA Can be claimed more than 01 time a financial year but it will be Taxable Amount as per IT Act.

Dear Prashant, You are correct but my question is - can we claim LTA 1st Year out of 4 block year.
