Please reply me whether I am entitled for revision of pension on the basis of last salary drawn and my age as on 31.3.2016.

as 1st UAN made you exit on super Annunciation that means you were 58+ on 1st exit, and EPS get seized on 58+ of age
you did not clubbed both UAN but withdrawn separately, so the second UAN money including EPS ( if any) was returned to you in full ( form 10C) yo u had to use for m 13 to get both accounts clubbed and then go for withdrawal which you did not made
Now on what basis you find yourself eligible for pension on 2nd last drawn salary?
