My date of joining is 02 sep 2013 and left date from my service is 24 July 2018. Am I eligible for gratuity or no?
I am confused because if we consider calendar year jan to dec then first and last year we not completed 240 days.
But my total service is 4 year 11 month. Please suggest Am I eligible for gratuity.
