I worked in a company for 2.2 years and joined in an MNC and worked for 5.8 years. I have resigned and took break for 2 years. Now planning to join the same MNC which I left. Recently I heard that my first company got closed. What shall I do now. I have all the details and submitted to this MNC previously and the verification is successfully at that time as the company is working. But now it got closed. I was not able to contact any of my previous colleagues.
Can I join the MNC or will there be any problem?

Dear Anony,
If this is the case, you can join the MNC. For background verification, you can provide the appointment & experience letter, along with Form 16 and bank statement showing salary credit. Company closing down wont affect your career as long as service records are legit in nature.

Is this resolved? Did you ask any additional documents to prove?
