My father had worked in an organization till Feb'15. He worked there for about 22 years & now he joined in another company which is a new start up. There is no ESIC in his current company, but in his previous company his ESIC registration has been done in the year 2010. So now my query is shall we proceed to utilise the ESIC benefits as its been more than 5 years after registration? will it be possible ? Can anyone clarify this..!

Dear all
Good evening!
I want to know that if we are giving incentive to the employee, and if due to incentive the Gross salary get beyond the ESIC slab, above Rs. 21000 then will that employee is eligible for ESIC or not. If yes then what will be the calculation slab?
Ex. If the Gross salary of an employee is Rs. 20000 & Incentive is Rs. 4000 then the total Gross will be Rs. 24000. So in this case is he eligible for ESIC? If yes then will it be calculated on Rs. 24000 or Rs. 21000?
Please help me to know this
Thanks......
