Compensatory off to apprentices, will they be eligible for compensatory off & OT payment?

Would like to know on compensatory off to apprentices, will they be eligible for compensatory off & OT payment ???
Went through the Apprentice Act rules 1991 , nothing mentioned on compensatory off & OT payment ...So kindly help.

Yes apprentices are eligible to Comp Off if they have worked extra hour working please refer Factory Act for the same.
