Please let me know if a factory (JV of two country) have 40-45 manpower in manufacturing unit in Gujarat, which compliance is applicable? Please help with your valuable advises.

Since your "Factory /Industrial Establishment is located in the Stae of Gujarat and must hae applied for and Obtained All Necessary Licencses /Approals for the Gujarat State Govt Appointed Authoritites", you need to follow all the Acts and the Rules (Employment-related, Factory -related, Enronment-Related etc, gazetted and applicable to your Establishment.
Forget not to also Implement, with immediateeffectallthe Provisions of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act 2013 and the Central Rules gazetted thereunder on 9.12.2013.
Also advise the Board of Directors of your Compnay to Immediately take Action to Comply with the Recently Amended Companies (Accounts) Rules 2014 gaztted on 31.7.2018.
