Actually ,one employee is on probation period.his probation completion date is 12 sep .but employer want to exit from job due to not good performance.
But employer has given him one month time for search another job.
Please help me which letter should be issued to him by HR.
And share any format.

Hello,
You can issue an email to him/her and notify the subject clearly , with why you discharging him/her from service, and at the time leaving, you can give official relieving letter. Initially an officially mail can work for you, so he/she can start searching job. Do not forget to take acknowledgment from other end.
