Hi all, What are the MIS Reports required to prepared in organization as a HR weekly or monthly?

Reports:
1. Employee Master Report: complete employee details: columns: name, doj, emp code, designation, grade, total no. of exp, gross salary, pf/esi deduction amount, band, department, reporting manager, age, marital status, previous employer, location
2. Monthly joining report: report related to new employees joined every month
3. PF/ESIC report: Every 15th of month these deductions are made, hence, report required
4. BGV status report: background checks pending or cleared for new joiners with remarks
5. Induction report: "same as above"
6. Exit status report: report needs to be prepared showing exits for each month with remarks
7. F&F settlement report(monthly)
