One of my freind has resigned the organisation without serving notice period. Company has given f&f and credited some amount on his account. PF is also withdrawn. This episode has taken around six months after a long persuasion. Till the last few days they were delaying the mater. Now hr is saying he won't get relieving letter as he has not done exit formalities. May he go for legal processing or is there any other way.
