Hello Anil,
The minimum paid leaves are governed by Shop and Establishment Act Rajasthan. Annual leave with wages based on 1 days leave for every 12 days worked on working 240 days in a year. Employee working 240 days will be eligible for annual leave with wages in subsequent year, here working days include weekly off's, in subsequent year Annual leave with wages taken by employee will be part of his working days too. There is no binding by Shop and Establishment Act for minimum holidays or festivals specified.
