Hello Everyone!
I am working as an HR Analyst in a Management Consultancy and currently handling the HR Department of 4 different organisation. Its an ISO certified Company, while ISO Audit, an auditor suggested me to add a new form to measure the effectiveness of Training as well and Training Analysis also need to be done.
And i have no idea what to do, so i would like to request you all to provide me some samples.

Employee training is conducted for the following reasons:
a) To reduce some cost
b) To reduce consumption of resources
c) To reduce turnaround time of some process and
d) To increase or decrease of some ratio
Measurement of training effectiveness is important whether this happened or not. Even same method needs to be used while doing Training Needs Analysis (TNA). Earlier, I have given exhaustive reply on the employee training. Click the following link to refer it:
