I had worked in one of the Public Limited Company and last year in the month of July-17, resigned from the organization,
Company had not paid his PF contribution part, since June-2016. However, paid the employer Part during that tenure.
Also before June-2016 there was no entry shown in the passbook that employer has paid his part. Now I would like to withdraw my PF amount, but I do have a confusion that if I withdraw the PF then what about the remaining part which were not paid by company & there is any rule / law standing there to withdraw the balance PF amount after the employer deposit in to my PF account?
Recently I come to know that company has paid some amount in to PF account, but till now it is not being reflected in my Passbook.
Please revert with a thought.

Trailing to my earlier query, I would like to add that Company Financial is so down & never know within how many days/months gets shut down.

Dear Dhananjay,
If i were you, i would have checked my PF statement and in case of any discrepancy in PF deposits, would have urged (rather demanded :/) my previous employer to make the pending payments. yet if (after a few emails) there was no action on it, would have registered my grievance with the local EPFO office, and also escalated it to the "Recovery Officer" for action on their part.
Even if the company financials are down, they cant escape the statutory payments.
