I work with German MNC in Pune and working as HR & admin Officer. I was suffering from Jaundice and I was diagnosed with it on 17th May'18. I was not able to work because I had weakness because of continuous vomiting and my body was dehydrated. I was on IV for 10 days. My doctor advised me rest for a month because I had weakness and severe headache.
I joined back on 26 June'18 but now my company is saying that company doctor is not agreed because as per his knowledge on 10 days leave is sufficient. I also have 4 years sick leave accumulated and never taken any sick leave because my company says if sick leave is taken my bonus will be affected. Please suggest... i have all the doctor certificates and medical reports but still company is not allowing.
