Do you mean six consecutive night shifts, if so it is permissible under the Factories Act 1948, the only precondition being that the weekly holiday for that worker would be a period of twenty-four consecutive hours beginning from the end of the sixth shift of the week.

Even though it is for day or night both are allowed but you need to give weekly off after completion of 6 days working. Also, please insure to keep total number of working hours should not cross the prescribed limit of 48 hours.

it is means if in a week there is an night shift of an employee for 6 days ,on next day a holiday provided ,after that holiday the next shift is overlapping with night again and again then what is the solution for shift alternate kike wise day & night Or three shift rotation
