Good Afternoon.....
I want to get an idea about Private company employees representation in Panchayat Elections / Zilla Parithath / Legislatives elections.
1. How can we communicate to our employee about their non-participation in the above election ,
2. Is there any legislation to state about their disqualification
3. What are remedy / preventive steps to initiate by the Management side.
4. is there any provision in the legislation to quit the job, if they want to contest in the election, if yes what legislation and its clauses
These are much helpful to me to quote in notices or educate our employees..
Employees participation is creating a lot disturbances among employee, friendly work environment also is becoming violent.
Kindly guide me please.
