One our employee went on compulsory leave (Which is not in record and their no resignation as well not withdrawn the PF) since the company situation was not good, and again after 2 years he is rejoining to the company should we have to consider his old Emp. Code or should we have to generate the new Emp. code.

2 years what he was doing? If he worked in any other company, then take resignation for previous service and create a new emp ID. Considering the same Emp. code will be considered as his continues service and may be eligible for Gratuity & other benefits. dont forget to link his PF to old PF account.
