I'm currently working at XYZ company for full-time and mean while i am doing my regular MBA ( With no attendance, but only attending for final exams). If i shift to some other ABC company, i will keep my regular MBA in my resume instead of keeping XYZ companie's work experience. Do my new ABC employer can get to know the details of my XYZ employer and my experience through my UAN or ESI number? Please provide me with the answer and solution. I am financially ill and i want to complete my MBA in regular. Please suggest me.

It is good that you study while working. If so, why do you worry to say that you had done your MBA through distance mode?
This forum assists any person who requires guidance but this is something like cheating. Once you complete your MBA you will leave this company who has given you employment as well as scope for studying and join another organisation saying that you had undergone FULL TIME, REGULAR, campus program of MBA. You are again cheating the other company. If that company comes to know that you did not attend the sessions but managed to get a certificate ( yes, I would say that if you think that you can pass out MBA without attending the classes, completing the assignments, do the organisation study, internship or project study, as the case may be, you are wrong but may get through by malpractices only) then you will be fired immediately.
An MBA degree without any effort is worth only in the marriage market where you can claim that you are an MBA. That also I am not sure, because now a days girls are more cleaver that they will certainly ask you from where you have taken your MBA. They know that MBA from colleges which are not in the top 10 or at least top 50 B Schools are just MBA for name only!

I appreciate learned member Madhu's advice.
Do not start your career on wrong footing.
In this era of information, your new company may do BGV and find out that your MBA was w/o attending classes or about your previous employment etc.
Why are you planning to shift to another company?
Continue and gain valuable experience and then think of job change.
Do things the right way and you face no embrassment at subsequent times.

Then how can a person with poor financial situation and good intelligence survive to get jobs with distance MBA? 8 out of 10 will say that distance MBA is of no value. Can u provide any solution for this problem?

It is not the issue of Distance program. There are a few distance MBAs of some good universities, may be private universities, equally good at par with regular MBAs. What I have advised is to be fair in dealings. If you are doing regular MBA, attend the classes, do the assignments and projects and then take the degree. There are banks who advance money for pursuing MBA programs and they are more interested if you show the rank and admission entitlement at good B schools. I don't think that any person who gets admission in a good B School will not get education loan from any bank in India. That is the possibility available to a person who is financially weak but is good in studies.

It has been made very clear in this forum that we do not support unethical and unscrupulous practices. If your MBA doesn't call for attendance, then its worth is suspicious, as pointed out by Madhu Sir, but hiding the information is likely to put question mark on your credibility & integrity. At any rate when you join any new organisation and the PF/ESI compliance comes up there, the linkages would be revealed due to Adhar link. Do you see no further scope in your present place as an MBA???? But at any rate you disclose the facts in full and naturally questions would be put to you in interview and you can come clean. As an interviewer for many job openings, we have appreciated candidates who have stated about their rather humble socio-economic background and the struggle one had to endure all along. So you don't have to be apologetic about it instead point it out as the strong points in your personality for determination, persistence, hardwork etc which is likely to be impressive.

You points are right, but let me tell you some my situation. Im in a situation where i have to survive my family only with my financial assistance. I cannot leave my job at present, meanwhile i have to complete MBA in regular as there is no value for distance MBA. Could you please post an answer to this?

Every individual knows his individual issues well.As Professionals our advice will be simple:
Do things which are right and stand scrutiny.
What appears convenient at present time, may prove to be a wrong step in long run.
Financial problems are presently making you take decisions which may prove problematic in long run
MBA regular without real attendance is really odd. Most colleges requir minimum attendance percentage.
Any way take right decisions even if difficult for the present.

When we were PG students of management, we had a friend (Chemist in Lab in Chremical industry) who was attending day classes and was doing night shift in job. There would be no dearth of such persons. It appears you have already decided on the course of action but would like endorsement from this forum. On your genuine issue, we have given our considered view, it is for you to accept it for whatever is its worth. But don't force us to be a party in crude manipulations and machinations.

Dear Friend,
I can just suggest something good by which your all your problems will be solved. Do not leave the XYZ with whom you are pulling well and pursuing your MBA. Work till your MBA completes.
The employer can easily got the details by using your UAN or ESI number. What is necessity of providing false information rather your disclosure is your assets, don't turn into liability.
I am still not able to understand why do you want to hide. Is it the requirement of employer. Always start with truth for a favourable ends.
