I need details of the compliance to be followed in IT Solution Partnership firm who has corporate office in Gurgaon and Registered office in Delhi.
1. What are the Compliance register or offline details to be maintained.
2. Leave to be provided to the employees
3. Salary structure of the Employee
4. Any specific Tax deduction to be done ???
5. Anything else which has to be maintained .

Hi Suman,
You need to obtain following registration.
1. S & E Registration
2. PF Registration
3. ESIC Registration
Secondly you need to maintain below mentioned registers/ Records & remittance
1. Wage Register
2. Muster roll
3. Register of Fines
4. Register of OT
5. Register of Advance
6. Register of Deduction for Damage or Loss
7. Register of Workmen
8. Register of Leave
Monthly remittance
1. PF contribution
2. ESIC Contribution
3. LWF Contribution
Leave need to be provided as per Delhi & Haryana S & E Rules.
Professional tax is not applicable, only you need to deduct IT.

I request you to provide me the more in detail about PF, ESIC and Total No of PL,SL and CL.
I am into IT firm as a fresher HR Executive and its a Partnership Firm since last four years with 12 -13 employees. They hire the Hr first time.
As here only Professional Tax is deducted. I want to apply Leave, PF and ESIC benefits.
So, please help me out for the same.
