Dear All,
As Aadhar is mandatory for generation of UAN, but due to some issue in Aadhar i.e. DOB etc. validation failed due to which UAN can not be generated. Employee has worked for a month and ECR is due also what to do in such a case. If we deduct EPF from salary account how we will submit it to employee account without UAN and non deduction leads to legal complexities.
Please Advise.

ask the employee to generate his UAN by self, this system works perfect and fetch data from aadhaar direct before generation of uan, he will make the uan kyc compliant and then submit the same to employer

just add this uan and submit ECR
