Hi MR.Anand,
Minimum wages as per your state textile industry you need to folow and there is no minimum wages for PF deduction. From Basic/DA we have to deduct 12% of PF amount. Maximum limit is 15000 rs. Maximum PF amount 18000rs from maximim salary.
