1. Name of the employee differs from PF Records and Aadhar,
2. She (Employee) has forgotten her password to open PF member portal and submit online request for correction,
3. Even She has lost her registered mobile sim card,
4. Employer tried to help her but could not as it is asking for Aadhar Number.
5. When he enters Aadhar number, the remark is mismatch,
6. Till last month we could get new password and submit on line request for change.Was not asking for Aadhar Number to get new password.
7. Fed up with never ending story of problems with EPF portal
8. Request for guidance /suggestion please.

A request to PF has to be given for this changes, they will give an acknowledgement. But the problem does not end here.
There is an option to change your mobile no, but it will ask you to link employee details to adhaar or pan card and again the name of PF and mobile number has to match, else the problem continues.
I think in 1st case the adhaar has to be linked to your new mobile and then, linked to PF. but to link adhaar to new mobile number, you should have either old mobile number or again have an personal email address linked to your adhaar to get OTP.
But , both are missing , then you have no choice but to go to adhaar centre and get the new mobile number updated there.
I hope i could throw some light on the issue.
