I cleared all my rounds in a reputed MNC. They have a background check. And I am aware of it. But, in Dec 2016, I met with an accident in Goa. I stay in Pune & was on vacation. I hit a car travelling in opposite direction & 3 people were minor injured.
Even I was suffering from minor injuries. I am not aware if they filed a case on me. Nor did I received any call from police nor I received a letter from court. Will that affect my employment? I am bit scared of this issue. I would like to get suggestions on this.

Your narration is incomplete. Your car was involved in an accident with another car coming in the opposite direction and including yourself four people sustained minor injuries in the impact. Therefore, both cars could have side-swiped each other to avoid a head-on collision. Any complaint was lodged with the Police either by the driver of the other car or by yourself and copy of CSR,if any obtained? If not, haven't you filed any insurance claim at all or claimed damages as if the car scratched against some stationary object like a tree on the side line requiring no police complaint? Even if a case is registered it would be against a non-cognizable offence or bailable offence only. It can not act as a bar to employment. Therefore, you fear is totally unfounded.

Where is the problem?
You could have got a notice/warrent by now, if any case would have been registered in your name. There is almost a year has been passed from the date of accident made. For your self satisfaction, check at the police station(address in DL), whether any thing is there aginst you. Mind it, your querry in the matter put you in troble. It is better to stay calm and composed unless untill something tangible happens.
