Currently we have total 17 employees and salary of all employees is above Rs. 22000. We have registered in ESIC on May 2016. I tried to file Monthly NIL return on ESIC Portal but there is no option for NIL Return on online portal. Please help me how to file Monthly NIL Contribution for ESIC. We are covered under Factory Act.
