We are in the process of drafting a VRS policy for the employees (Telecom industry), could you please guide on this or send any draft policy for reference.

There is no readymade policy for VRS. Much depends upon what kind of people you want to offer golden handshake, on what basis, whether based on performance, or age factors, what is your budget for that, how many people will be covered.
