Dear respective team members, I have a some serious problem regarding my employment that my employer:
1. They asked me to resign without any reason and say that company is reducing its manpower so we don't need you anymore so you resign
2. I refuse to resign that I have not made any mistakes in my job always do my work in proper manner and in standards and was always No.1 in my working territory so why should I resign.
3. Now my employer transfer my work location from one to another and I accept it as I have so many responsibilities for my family so I have to accept this transfer.
4. After acceptance of transfer letter now my employer is forcing me to sign a bond for one year and saying that they have all rights to transfer me to any designation, department or location any time they want without any salary increment or transfer expenses or any other expenses during the transfer.
5. Like this kind of statement I am very much worried about my job now as there is nothing mentioned like this in my appointment letter also.
I request you to kindly suggest me the best solution for this problem. and should I go to some legal things.

1. They asked me to resign without any reason and say that company is reducing its manpower so we don't need you anymore so you resign - At what capacity you are working? Total headcount of your organization? What business does your organization carry out?

Dear colleague,
Good you have shown courage in refusing to resign.
Apparently, the management's ,actions are vindictive looking at unjust conditions they are applying to your transfer and demanding 1 year bond . The transfer is what management wants and there is no question of bond for it. Don't sign any bond. Ask them to put whatever conditions they want in black and white and no verbal conditions. We will guide you thereafter.
Be polite but firm.

Dear Sir,
Thanks a lot for valuable feedback. But now after so many verbal discussions with the management I am now getting too much depressed and they have make all the conditions to make me too much pressurized to make me resign by myself only by that I should not come to my transfer location and join my duties, however they want me to resign not to terminate. How to handle this situation.

Dear colleague
Don't get depressed or lose your cool. Until they issue your transfer order in writing , stay put. Let them take any action. Don't buckle down under any pressure because by harassing you they want you to leave. They dare not terminate your service but you don't resign on your own.
.
Whatever action they take in writing, revert to us..

Transfer orders are always to be given in writing. So verbal statement is of no use.
Wait for written orders of transfer.
What is the usual policy of transfers?
Transfer entitlements etc?
If they violate laid down conditions, they will be open to challenge-legal.
Do not get depressed and loose your cool though times are tough.
Decline to sign any bond or legal papers which is out of the way and not normally asked for from other employees.
You have to play a waiting game with cool mind and boldly.
