• The only way that we live is “we grow”. The only way we grow is “we change”. The only way we change is “we learn”. The only way we learn is “we get exposure”. The only way that we get exposure is we open-up “heart” & “mind”.
• It is better to live own destiny imperfectly than to live an imitate someone else with perfection. Wise would be to stop comparing self to other people, just choose to be happy and live own life. We can surely not control and change behaviour of others, but can always choose how we respond to it.
• At times all nears & dears want an empathetic ear and a consoling heart to sing sorrows; to talk it out cry. Just offering a listening ear and an understanding heart to their suffering can be a big comfort. Don't wait for the right moment to start offering ear and heart, start and make each moment right.
• We all learn as we age that rules are made to be broken. Bold enough ones live life with own terms and never ever apologize for it. Going against set norms, refusing to obey, taking a rout so uncommon instead of the well-beaten path, laughing at the face of adversity and leaping unexpectedly when others are measuring steps would make us dance pass a crowd. Don’t just be a part, lead a crowd as you age.
• Great leaders can see the greatness in others when people themselves can’t see it and lead them to their highest potential they don’t even know. This is done by taking control of Group and Individual attitude and turning that positive to reach Group Objective.
• Effective Ways to GROUP DYNAMICS is to make others feel important are to use their names in conversations, express sincere gratitude, do more listening than talking, talk more concerning them than about yourself, be authentically interested, be sincere in your praise and show you care for them.
• Change may not always bring growth, but there is no growth without change. Dream your own dreams, achieve your own goals. Your journey is your own and unique. Happiness doesn't depend on outward conditions. It depends on inner conditions and there is one sure way to find it - by controlling your thoughts.

1. "HR" means "Human Response".(HR should positively and timely address all the queries of employees).
2. Keep your ear to the ground. (listen to all the employees).
3. "HR" means "Human Relations" (HR must keep good relations with the employees).
4. "HR" starts with human ( so be human/employee centric)
