I am working in LIC from 2009 to till today as daily wages worker, initially for 3 years they paid salary in different names , after that they paid salaries in our name through voucher in cash counter, but they paid salary every week and mentioned payment for daily wages for 6 days in salary voucher, but our wage is not revised as per notification of labour commission and they have not paid minimum wages to us, now they pay 325/- per day in class 2 city , but as per Labour Commissioner notification minimum wage is 435 per day / 15000/- p-m, what do we for getting minimum wages and is there any possibility for us to get permanent,

It is shocking to learn of the blatant violation of labour laws and ethics by such a leading organisation in government sector. Non-payment of minimum wages is a serious offence and you can bring this to the notice of the local Labour Officer . There are several vociferous trade unions in Insurance sector , bring this to their knowledge.
The judicial stand does not lend support for claim of regularisation if the initial appointment has not been through regular recruitment process. The Constitution of our country guarantees equality and equal opportunity in matters of public employment. So unless all similarly placed have had opportunity for being considered for employment, the courts are not likely validate such appointments.
