Good evening all, I am working in an Government based service sector as contract employee.I have joined on May 2017 and worked for 4 months(120 days). I applied for maternity leave benefits to my Consultancy. They replied am APPLICABLE for MB act 2017 and asked documents for Company approval. I am the first women in this concern to raise this issue. Is there chance for rejection of my application by my Company?? Is there is Possible for termination ??
