We are project organisation and undertake projects in various locations, while we have our core team we engage for labours for all helping works and civil construction related activities ,typically they are hired on daily wages for limited periods . In one of the project the customer asking for copies of service certificates for these labours and he says that he need it because the labour department needs. Kindly advise is it mandatory to such certificate to some one who may not even understand what is written in it and who could have work from as low as 2 days to maximum of 20 days
