Is gratuity is calculated on last earned basic & da??? Or last rate of basic. ?????
Please guide.
Eg.
One of my employee is resigned, her Basic & Da rate is 17670/-& her last earned is 4560/-
So on which rate the gratuity will calculate on 17670?? Or on 4560?? Need the guidance
