Hi Vandana,
Good to read, about the topics you covered in recruitment, Can you please let me know, what is the role of HR in interviews. Just coordinating the interviews with Technical guys and doing the clerical works? How important the role of HR after the completion of search and source finalization?
Lakshmi.

hi lakshmi,
i saw ur quest n here is some of the points that tells how a hr person is so important in recruitment process.
1) the primary of role of hr person is to bring right candidates in the sense the candidate should not be a problem creator to the concern.
2) the secondary role is he plays as a mind reader n screen the persons

3) the third one with out the green signal from hr the team leader cant recruit a candidate
hope these points are crisp

Hi
The Recruitment process starts with the Recruitment Requisition Form. The HR gets it filled from theProcess Head and approved by the Management.
Through the possible resources get and shortlist the cvs.
Calling candidates for interviews ,the rounds can be:
1) Prescreening done by HR
2) Written test( Aptitude or Comprehension)
3) Technical interview
4) Final salary negotiations
5) Reference check
Joining formalities:
1) Offer letter
2) Filling the personal data form
3) Appointment letter
If you want some more information about Recruitment and staffing as the forms and documents, contact me.

Hi Shilpa,
What are all the various sources you are following to target the right talent? Can you please advice in this regard? Is there any specific diplomacy to get the best talent from the market?
We are finding highly difficult to target the experienced candidates from the market. I know all the HR professionals will be facing the same.
Sharing the best idea will hopefully help everyone in this field.
Thanks, lakshmi.

Hi Laxmi
You can find the best talent from the market going through google search,Your own network in HR circle,Employee references. If you talk about the senior or very senior people in the industry they would not submit their cvs on job portals...so it becomes difficult to hunt the candidates with specific skill sets.
You can try giving AD on Cable network,it works a lot...
If you face difficulty into Recruitments, you can always contact me.
