An Employee who gross salary is 16000 p.m but company is not registered under ESIC so what will be criteria for maternity benefit or Leave?

Dear Rupesh, consequent to Company not Registered under ESI, The maternity benefit Act, 1961 applies to your establishment & to Woman Employee in question.She will be eligible for benefits provided therein i.e 26 weeks of Paid Leave.Irrespective of The salary of Woman Employee, she is eligible for maternity benefit
