Dear Seniors, I have a doubt about welfare fund. To whom we have to deduct welfare fund. Is there any limit, i mean threshold salary limit for deduction of welfare fund from the employees?

Dear Anamika, Welfare Fund is a State Legislation.You have to go through relevant State Act & Rules to determine applicability of act to your Establishment.Further, most important you have to take note of "Definition of Employee" as per the Act
