Hi sir are the contract woman employees eligible for maternity leaves and is there any difference rules for contract and company side woman employees

The Maternity benefit Act, 1961 applies to all Women Employees including Employees engaged on Contract basis.

Maternity Benefits Act is:
An Act to regulate the employment of women in certain establishments
for certain periods before and after child-birth and to provide for maternity benefit and certain other benefits.
There is no difference between permanent employees and contract employees as far as this Act is concerned.

In a significant ruling, the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) has said that temporary, ad hoc and contract women employees are also entitled to maternity leave and consequent benefits akin to regular staff.
Rajasthan High Court.
The High Court held that maternity benefit is a social and legal acknowledgement for a women and denial of such benefit on the basis that the employee is a contract worker is not legal; while also directing the employer to sanction her leave benefit.

Dear Friend,
If contractor does not pay, principal employer has to pay. Principal employer pays to the contractor and the contractor pays to the workmen. You have to ensure that it is paid. If the workmen is covered under ESI scheme, then ESI pays.

The contract female workers has to be treated at par with the regular employees. Hence, they are eligible for maternity leave and benefit from esi only.
But, in most pvt. Companies, if the worker found carrying, they deny the rights of equality and terminate them. Latter if they report for duty after delivery, most of the pvt. Companies are not giving job as other process like creche... Are to be followed. You can rise the issue with the labour dept. For pucca solution. Pls refer the maternity act for relief...
